The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) regrets the delay in payment of the stipends for the month of April 2023.

This development is due to the delay in funding from the federation account which the PAP is yet to receive as of the time of this release.

The PAP is mindful of it’s commitment and has always prioritized payment on the 26th of every month. Accordingly, the Interim Administrator hereby assures beneficiaries that payment for April stipends will be effected immediately allocation is received from the federation account.

While this delay is regretted, the PAP wishes to express appreciation to all beneficiaries for their patience and understanding.
